SIMPLY BAD!!!

Membership no 029439. We traded our timeshare for Flexclub Holiday points. What a mistake!!! Soon afterwards they did away with their affiliation to RCI. About two years ago they informed us that we would be losing our yearly points/bonusses. We started phoning, but to no avail. They did not even bother to answer their phones.Us thus losing our points (making this a bit suspicious). We sent e-mails, but never received an answer. This year we received an account of R11251.28. We queried this. Received a Statement with amounts dating back to 2007? Phoned them (Bernadette/Jessica/Samantha). No one could explain the amounts on the statement and promised to phone us back. Needless to say that we have not received a phonecall from them. We have tried to sell the Flexiclub points or give them away, but nobody is interested in Flexiclub Points.
