I am so pleased with the service I received from the Consultant Nathan October of Kulula Call Centre in Cape Town, I was sitting in a situation where I did a booking on line, and I had made a mistake, which would have resulted in my ticket being forfeited, but thanks to Nathan going the extra mile and sorting this out for me, I didn't have to pay for another ticket, In this day and age we seldom receive service like this. Once again Thank you Nathan so much for your effort, really appreciate all that you have done.
