I joined their travelling agency earlier this year. I took a 5 star package where they said you pay 10000 rands for 14 nights in any 5 star hotel in SA. I then asked them to book me in Bloemfontein for the weekend 11 to 13th of October. They didn't give a re fence number I had to phone them several times and they only gave me after 2 hours of waiting in Bloemfontein. They said they have booked me in Bains lodge only to find out they had actually booked me in a residential area flats behind the lodge. I felt unsafe and complained about that but they never responded to my calls and sms. I'm now supposed to go to Cape Town for December holidays but I don't have a reference number and they are ignoring my calls.
