I've been at the club for more that 20 years and must say that the club has gone backwards. Trying to book a holiday is like trying trying to find a needle in a haystack. One never get a place to book, always the same places available. You must always accept what they give or not go on holiday. The levies are high and the return/service is bad. They are quick to sell and will not buy any points back. Really bad service every time I phone.
