I don't have much words for you but just to let you know of your very poor service

1. The Springs to Johannesburg line is always late especially the trains from Joburg to Springs
- 0023 to Springs every day in the morning
- the 18:20pm to Joburg everyday in the evening
2. Nowadays the trains to go home from Springs to Joburg do not come at all- no communication or anything.
3. Your workers are very very rude and use violence just for a simple thing like a R6 ticket - and I don't get why you send your workers to stop the trains and delay us asking for tickets WHEN YOUR SERVICE IS THE POOREST.
4. There is no communication whatsoever with the commuters as to why there is no trains, why the trains is late, and when it is going to come.
5. I get it if one takes the express train without the ticket they have to pay, but when the trains are so late commuters get into that express they demand for those tickets VIOLENTLY. ALL TRAINS MUST BE LATE IF THERE IS A REAL PROBLEM EXPRESS OR NOT!!!

ALL WE WANT IS TO TRAVEL SAFE, FAST WITH NO DELAYS AND GET OUR MONEY'S WORTH. WE ARE PAYING FOR YOUR SERVICES NO MATTER HOW SMALL OR BIG THE AMOUNT IS, ITS NOT FOR FREE!!!
