Not allowed to transfer money paid and not used

It seems impossible to resell or cancel flexi club member ship, so I am trying to give it away but instead of making it attractive for the potential new member. I have to forfeit all points and holiday savings, witch I feel is illegal as it is money that I (member) paid for the use of certain facility's, I want to transfer my member ship to some one else that member ship is still in possession, of the paid money and points, the money was paid into the clubs account against the membership. IF I can not transfer it I want it cancelled with immediate effect as I can not afford to pay the levy's for 2014
