Hi,

Our restaurant has been trying to contact Tripadvisor for a week now with no response whatsoever.
Two months ago the restaurant Cornuti Knysna was bought out wholly by a director. The name of the restaurant and the menu were completely changed.

The restaurant Senza Knynsa appeared on Tripadvisor for about a month and a half as Senza Knynsa. It received fantastic reviews for that period. It was showing that it was rated in the top 15 restaurants in Knysna. Then inexplicably all the reviews of the the old Cornuti Knysna were tagged onto the new restaurant, dropping it back down to 50th odd place in Knysna.

The reason why the new owner changed the name, the staff, and the menu of this place was because he wanted a fresh start for the business. The business is in now way associated with any "Cornuti" restaurants whatsoever.

We have been trying to get this across to Tripadvisor with no response whatsoever. This is really bad for business as our overseas visitors use Tripadvisor for a lot for their decision making in terms of restaurants to visit.

Having our lovely new business being compromised by the old establishments track record is very frustrating.
