Booked a cruise on the MSC Opera from Genoa to Cape Town in April!!!
Paid upfront for cruise packages
Paid upfront for hotels, flights and transport
After begging to get my tickets for 3 months I found out 3 days before we fly out that the agent has not booked the hotel, the cruise, or the cruise packages. I live 180km away from the Gateway tours and offices and have driven through on three occasions to drop off info and confirm details
Not able to complain to anyone, too late to book and packages now!

The company took my money and have kept it since April!!!

I am totally Disgusted by the Michael Fouche and Gateway tours
