Website freezes, resets & same flight is R479 more

I selected a certain flight for R722 & continued with the process. The website froze, reset itself & I had to start over. Then the same flight was suddenly R479 more expensive. I have BEFORE & AFTER screenshots: the frozen screen with the R722 flight selected & the same flight at R1201 minutes later, due to no delay or mistake of my own. A small increase would be understandable for intraday adjustments, but this is exorbitant.

Unfortunately it seems that Kulula's website and ticketing system are inadequate, misleading & frustrating for the client.
