Bad attitude and no after sales support!!!

Since booking a Ducati Super Bike Hotlap Passenger Ride voucher at the Kyalami Race Track in Johannesburg for my husband birthday i have not received any feedback in terms of a date for when my husband can go and use this voucher. According to the website there is no time slot allocations but i was told that you have to phone and book a date and time. I called Monday, 14 October and was told that the next available date is the 3rd but already fully booked. Vanessa was going to call me back with information whether there was still space and/or next available date. I dont here anything. I call Monday, 21 October and eventually speak to Naomi who is app the "Ops Manager", not very friendly at all and clearly knows nothing about customer service. I was told that the next available date is now the 17th but that they are still awaiting confirmation from Kyalami which is now under liquidation. So i ask for a refund and is told that Naomi will find out from the Director whether they can refund me.. what!! They cant assist me with a date due to no information from Kyalami but expect customer to just wait. I am absolutely shocked by the service. Never again will i use ADVENTURE BOOK
