I went to check in at 5pm and was only attended to at 17:08 at which stage I was told by a rather unhelpful gentleman by the name of Yusuf Jonathan that tge gates were closed and he just could not help and instead continued with a conversation with his colleague laughing a good time. I even asked if I could change my daughter's flight which he rudely told me that I could change in the next 10 minutes or forfeit the ticket. I managed to book other tickets with another airline and came back and asked to speak to the manager, who took her time to come from the office and when she did, she was of no help but instead was rather defensive and seemed to be promoting the bad service I had got from the gentleman. As incompetent as she was she could not even do the basic thing and apologise and offer a solution or compensation as I lost on 2 tickets. Seeing that she lacked managerial skills let alone problem sloving, I asked her to get someone senior to call me but until this day no one has contacted me.
