Excellent Service

Hi there

I had to travel to Jburg for work and decided to take my family and stay longer to enjoy the weekend with family. My portion of the travel tickets was going to be paid by my work. From the invoice, I was unable to establish which was my portion and phoned the call centre. I received excellent customer service from the lady (forgot her name). She phoned back within 30 min to say that she has passed this on to their Finance department to create an invoice only for me. The invoice was done later the same day! Wow - well done guys. Will definitely use you again!
