We went to PE for holiday we travelled on the Shosoloza Meyl (train) after 15 min travelling the manager came and apologise for the suppliers of the linen. He said their suppliers did not deliver and therefor they cannot supply us with any blankets or pillows. We had a very cold and unpleasant trip. The men travelled on the economy class was so drunk and was all over we were actually scared leaving our compartment to go to the toilet. I called the customer care line to cancel our trip back to jhb they told met sorry they do not do cancellations and gave me 2 numbers to phone and up to today I could not get anybody to answer that numbers!
