PARKING RIP OFF

This morning I discovered that the parking tariffs have been changed, R8 for the first hour irrespective of how long. Previously the first 15 minutes was free for quick drop offs and pick ups. This morning I had to pay for the full hour for a less than 10 minutes pick up. I feel robbed.
