Warm Baths Inefficiency

I had visited Warm Baths as a dayvisitor with my family on Sunday 6th October 2013. As usual the queue for entry was extremely long. After having endured this queue for a very long time, having finally reached the pay point I was informed that the card handling service was out of order. The cashier had an extremely bad attitude and she did not care for the inconvenience I was now put in as a customer paying by card. I had to then leave my family at the pay point, walk to my car and then drive out of the resort to find an atm and withdraw cash for payment.

There was no clearly visible sign to show that the card service was unavailable when entering and in fact I noticed another cashier only put up a sign to that effect after I had finally entered the resort.

Also, on exiting the parking area to find the atm the forever resorts parking entry guard stopped me and told me to "buy him a cold drink bozza". Totally unprofessional.

Horrible inconveniences and experience on the whole. I have always been an avid patron of warmbaths but with each new trip my fondness for the place diminishes substantially.
