Busses that are not in good condition

Putco lacks when it comes to service delivery.
We load tags every week if not every month but we get treated like we don't pay for the service.
The whole of last week, a bus that is suppose to take us home got stuck.
This week it's the same case now going to work. They don't even find us alternatives instead we need to push in which ever Bus that comes next like a
Bunch of bulls. Either that or get to work late. Most of the buses don't even write or say where they are going. You need to know the driver for you to know where the bus is going. When you stop the bus to ask where it's going the driver gets annoyed.

I have two Questions
1. Ant buses suppose to be in a good condition before they leave the depot?
2. Why do we have to be squashed when they have records of how may people load tags to go to a specific destination?

When I call in the phone rings with no answer, when they answer they tell you that they will look into it or the person that I'm suppose to speak to is not available.

They really need to do something about these issues. As much as we need them, they also need us.
