Bad Customer service at its best

Bad Customer service at its Best PUTCO is either late or not coming at all to get us its users to work. I'm supposed to be at work today at 8:30 but because PUTCO buses are late I'm going to be possibly be out of a job, I've been waiting for the bus from Soweto white City at 7 am to Sandton and the was no bus it only came at 8am. Other incidents also include the buses get stuck, they have no windows and are dirty so my question is why are they not sending buses out as they are insufficient for us! And clean them up and buy new ones as they also get packed? Meanwhile I tag every week but its buses are no good and old! This is really ridiculous! Fix the mess
