The Bus Strike

Its not fare that Putco Buses are on strike and now i have to use other means of transport to get to work. The buses went on strike on friday and we were only told thursday afternoon. For goodness sake, i have filled my monthly tag, now they are saying that if you want a refund you must bring the receipt which you got when you filled up the tag beginning of the month... who keeps that, i surely dont and now its not an inconvenience money wise only, its a risk that i am taking with my life because now i have to leave home at 4:am to go use a taxi. The other thing i did not budget for this, when did they know about this strike, they should have warned us on time so we can only buy the weekly tags rather than the monthly tags. Ai this is not fair, I DID NOT BUDGET FOR THIS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK Putco must find a way to check how many trips where left in my tag and refund me. I filled monthly trips and i want my refund. Besided the strike, the buses always break down, they know i hv called before to complain, its not fair that i fill the monthly tag and i sometimes have to use money bcause the bus is broken, Imagine being stuck in florida, how long must you wait stranded B 4 GTN A TAX
