Basically a Umrah ticket was won Dec. 2012 by a family member. We were told upon numerous phone calls to the between Dec. 2012 and Feb 2013 that they would get back to us. Feb 13, 2013 we consulted them at their offices where we were informed by Abdul Rahiman that the ticket was for off=peak periods only. To which we wrote a list of queries 1. Which months could we use the ticket? 2. How much would it cost for her spouse and accomodation. and to date no information was given to us, despite numerous sms and telephone msgs left. Today we called the offices, spoke to Abdul Rahiman who advised that the list was given to Zia Khan who never came back to him or he failed to follow up beats me, how they get their sales done there. In sales if somebody doesnt get back to u, u follow up. After realising he was in a delicae position to say the least, he enquired what business I had to enquire about the ticket, I have every right as I am contributing to the husbands ticket and accomodation. He was very rude and when I asked about the list of queries, he put the fone down on me. I called back and told Habiba (recep) that it was poor service on their part as Zia Khan also never takes calls
