My credit card details were used illegally to book a flight on [URL Removed] The transaction was done on 26 September for the amount of R2, 140. I immediately stopped my card and requested ABSA not to process the payment. I was then informed that I have to contact Kulula. This was done on the 27 September and again early on 2 October, and no response received yet. Please don't tell me that you received high enquiry volumes and that the reason why you didn't respond to my email. I am not sure how the person could have used the ticket if one of the requirements is to produce the credit card when collecting your ticket or boarding pass.
