I am so frustrated! I had a booking to fly from ct to jhb this past January, but I had to fly up early on a different airline since there was no availability on mango. So I called the help line and a very nice and helpful gentleman said I must just change the ticket as they can't credit me - so I changed it to October. I then get a phone call telling me that I now have an outstanding amount of R1800 even though the man on the phone call said there may be an admin fee but that there was no other outstanding amount!! I was not told of this. I call to sort it out and they tell me that they will listen to the call and contact me back. I get a phone call from the "investigator" telling me that I accepted the outstanding amount. Over the call he insinuates that he heard the call, so I ask him to forward it to me as I know for a fact I was not told of this heavy amount & he refuses to. I said "so basically what you saying is that the amount keeps just accumulating even when I cancel the flight and make a change so I'm gonna end up paying 10 grand for a simple flight from ct to jhb" he so cheeky says "yes". He then reveals the call still has to be sent to him. What r u hiding mango?
