Guys, I'm not even interested in slaying you, It doesn't take more than 1 Google Search to understand the problem.

As for the sales process, the amount of promises and talk around for the things in the contract, the perpetuity was explained "so that QVC cant cancel once we have paid the investment" the upkeep is so little, selling the holidays is so easy and you can make money, the offer is only valid for today, you can use your points for discounts on flights, you have access to all our bookingtravel agents.

These are false pretense

1) cant book
2) cant sell the holidays

We now have a capital in this scheme that we do not have access to, it has now gotten to the point were we are willing to give the capital away at 10% of its value just to get rid of this contract.

The NCA specifies that you are no longer allowed to have contracts "for ever"

Sad thing is if i google this, These issues that everyone is still complaining about has been around since before we signed, and i believe the reason that sales person promised it was only valid for one day, was that he knew if one goolge search or asking around would have cost him the sale.
