I signed a contract with holiday access. I was told that the contract was a lifetime contract and that i could book a holiday through this club at any time. Over the past three years i have booked my holidays and paid for them cash saving my holiday points thinking that one day i would use these points. Today I called the booking centre only to be told that my contract expired in June 2013 and that I forfeited 5500 point as part of this expiry. I was told that they don't even have my name on the system anymore. What kind of service is this where a customer would not be forewarned of the imminent expiry of the contract. Why did the consultant not use my points when I made my last booking earlier this year? Why was i encouraged to pay cash? This is obviously a bogus money making scheme that only takes care of the clubs interest only and not the customers. I cannot believe that I paid so much money to be a member and never used a cent of that money on holidays. This is wrong at all levels! Funny enough this lady still has guts to tell me that I should renew or sign-up another contract. She truly believes that i would be stupid enough to pay them for nothing again. VERY DISTASTEFUL!
