I am fed up with emailing calling and receiving no response to my emails or calls this so call holiday club/touchdown group gladly takes your money every month and does not provide any support what so ever. email after email and it just seems to be ignored.
I want to cancel this "contract" which I am being ripped off by, paying a monthly fee and even an initial R1000 at the beginning. I signed up a year ago, and have since received no satisfaction at all!
Can someone please contact me in this regard, I will not pay any cancellation fees due to the suppliers incompetent service! Because this is quite evident that our money is just going and we are getting nothing at all for what we paying for!
I signed up on the 20th October 2012 - we were told we need to sign up the same day to make use of this special offer and had to pay R1000 upfront- in fact there's nothing so special about what we are paying for. And were literally forced into making a quick decision by all the wonders that were explained! Up until today, that just remains all talk.
Maybe had your service been better we'd consider using your services, unfortunately this doesn't do it for me!
