Earlier this year I was called up by an agent of The Holiday Club stating that I should come in for a demo and I will receive a free voucher despite whether or not I purchase a product. Anyways I purchased a product and was given a free voucher. It seems that Touchdown Group are responsible for the bookings of this free voucher. I initially contacted them on the 12 June 2013 whereby they confirmed receipt of the voucher. I was then made aware on the 9 July that Wynand Jacobs is the contact person. I then began communicating with him in this regard as it is very dependent on my availability. As the emails went back and forth, it seems that Wynand was eventually tired/ annoyed with me and my enquiries and then mailed me to advise that he couldn't assist me with my request and that he has "escalated this to a different reservations department", this was on the 23/08/2013. Until today, 10/09/2013, I have not had any response from him of the other reservations department. This is unacceptable as I'm not getting any value from a service that I'm paying towards every month. I do hope that this is addressed accordingly as this has left me with distaste to continue this contract.
