Subject: Disrespect shown by Susan Buser

My family and I were shown total disrespect at King Shaka airport by Checkin Supervisor Susan Buser. Our single bag was overweight by 3kg so we asked for the supervisor to explain the policy to us. Ms Colleen Moodley was not available so they sent Susan. She spoke to us very rudely and when I enquired about the Kulula CEO email address she told me that she is not frightened about the CEO and I should not throw his name around for petty things. Being rude and showing disrespect is not petty. I don't care about the R250 it's the attitude of staff. Disciplinary action needs to be taken.

I see that Susan Buser has many complaints on Hello Peter. She has been rude to many clients and action needs to be taken against this behavior.

We have several other passengers behind us in the queue witnessed the incident and we're shocked. I have the details of one passenger that can give more information. I find this kind of customer service appalling.
