Hi.
I notified the Call Centre that my voucher was going to expire in August they then told me it will be renewed & I have to pay a additional amount which I gave my credit card details, was told Bev Normand is still at the Company and that I can email her all the details heard today Heather took over from her and that she left. Its not acceptable. Please contact me to discuss. I would like my voucher reinstated a.s.a.p.
