Terrible treatment

I just read what bad service a Mrs Jacobs had with Centurion Motor group and specifically Mr Rupert Botha. I had paid fully for a Isuzu bakkie in Oct 2012 and to date neither have I received the bakkie nor was my money returned upon demand. The matter is now going to court and CMG claims I dealt with Mr Botha and they have nothing to do with it though he is one of their salesman and most adverts have his name on them. Mrs Jacobs is totally right. I had to keep phoning and empty promises and what's worse the company instead of reprimanding their salesman protect him. The right thing was to pay me my due and take it up with Mr botha. After the case and going to the Consumer Protection Council I want to go to the Press. As a customer, now I am treated as if I am wrong. How can you let Mr Botha use all your cards and emails and when a customer is grieved, the company exonerates themselves.
