Promise of Voucher PostFamily Death Not Happening

I made a booking in 2012 for a holiday to Cape Town. Unfortunately, due to an illness in the family, I had to postpone the flights; and booked over Two Oceans in 2013. Unfortunately, at the time, the same family member went into ICU and I had to cancel the holiday. When I contacted Mango about this they said it's not a problem and they would send me a voucher where I would have to book within 6 months. Nothing happened. My sister subsequently passed away in May and when I contacted them again a couple months later, they again promised that the voucher would be sent through. Again: nothing. Today when I phoned, Ronald Cloete explained that I now need to send a death certificate and fill out all sorts of paperwork. Please can somebody from Mango contact me and I do everything ONCE. Because at the moment I have been messed around unbelievably, and I am extremely frustrated (don't let my excellent grammar and punctation fool you: I am p'd off). Mango has been making promises for months and not delivering on any one.
