I BOOKED FOR A TICKET ON LINE FOR FRIDAY 10PM. I WAS GIVEN THE INCORRECT EMAIL SENT BACK TO ME AND HAVE HAD TO REBOOK THIS MORNING AT 9:21. EVEN THE TITLE ON THE BOOKING WAS WRONG AND I WAS CALLED MR INSTEAD OF MISS. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND AS I HAVE HAD TO REBOOK AND PAY AGAIN. THE REF NUMBER WAS 3SNHD1S. MY NUMBER IS 078 473 7980 AND I WOULD LIKE ASSISTANCE WITH THIS PLEASE.
