I booked 3flights from OR Tambo to Port Elizabeth for the 20th September 2013 for myself, wife and grandson.
My wife's flight on SA425 is confirmed and airport taxes paid everything (ref 69C6IF)

Myself and grandson's flight is not confirmed and every time I phone the call centre they inform me that I'm on a waiting list (Ref 7ALHKP)

My wife is in a panic because what will she be doing on her own (can't drive) when arriving in PE without us.
I drove to airport today to explain my case and got some bad attitude from the ladies at the SAA ticket sales.
Now I'm spending lots of money phoning them 3-4 times daily and all they can say is that they will forward to controllers... also now I'm spending unnecessary petrol driving to airport to get such attitude.
As a Gold Member I deserve to be treated better (all passengers should irrelevant of their Voyager Status)

We are still in a panic as we don't know what we going to do on Friday

When I booked for the 3 of us online I even booked the 3 seats next to each other
This is not acceptable and I deserve an answer immediately.
