Terrible staff

I have travelled around South Africa extensively and my first experience of exceptionally bad service was at the Lower Sabie facilities. Staff here need to be trained on client service as they are rude, incompetent and are creating a terrible impression of Kruger park and South African tourism overall. I would certainly never go back or recommend the place to anyone.
