Complaining against Complaints

The amount of complaints against Greyhound is shocking to say the least. My husband and I are planning to book a trip to Potchefstroom and back in October, but after reading all the complaints I feel reluctant to go ahead with our plans!! If I should have this amount of complaints (over the full spectrum) against me, I will take care to correct the problems!! We want to book business class - will this make a difference? I need to find out more about your service as we have never before travelled in this way and being elderly, I would not like to have to endure reckless driving, overheating aircons, cockroaches, attitudes, etc.
Hope to hear from some-one at Greyhound to relay my fears.
