I called the Executive Club Call Centre on Monday 26 Aug.to cancel flights due to ill health. Spoke to a very helpful lady called Sonia. She said she would make a note of this, I should get a doctors letter for the cancellation to be processed with a full refund, and e-mail it to the address she gave me. So far so good. On Mon 28th I e-mailed the doctor's letter. I followed up with a phone call to the Call Centre, spoke to someone who said the ref. no's were tagged for cancellation but not processed. They would follow up with this. It appears the cancellation has not been processed and I am finding great difficultly in getting to speak to anyone. My husband is critically ill and I do not have time (or patience) to hold on for 10-15 min at a time (3 to 4 times a day), waiting to speak to someone. I e-mailed customer service who referred me to another dept.???
