Multidestinations Club complaint

I am completely disgusted at firstly the service I received from MultiDestination Club when I complained about the non-availibilty of holidays. I've sent e-mails and left messages. And when staff did get back, you never heard back from them again for follow-ups.

Secondly, the contract they have, is in my mind is neither constitutional or valid. They are not living up to the end of their agreement, and as such are in breach. I am currently seeking legal advice
