I have a serious complaint to lodge. My wife recently travelled on one of your buses from Bethlehem to Johannesburg (Park station) (29/06/2013). The specific bus ride arrived at around 13:00, 29 June 2013. During the ride on the bus, my wife Mrs. Anneke Liebenberg was called to the front by the bus driver. He told her that he was watching her closely on the camera and proceeded to show her how he watches her on the camera while driving. He also tried to convince her to sit with him at the front. He then contacted her on her personal cellphone, after she said that he made her uncomfortable, asking personal questions. He has continued to contact her on her cellphone, with the last correspondence being this morning, 2013/07/02.

It is a GREAT concern to me that Translux does not keep the personal information of their passengers, including the cellphone numbers private. In no way have we given consent for this man to contact my wife on her personal number. I have the corresponding messages as proof, and I demand urgent action from the side of Translux into the matter. The public needs to know that Translux does not take care with customer's information.
