Hoodwinked by Cabco's employee

On Thursday night (29/08/13), I needed Transport from my residence to the Maternity Hospital that I was on call at. The Maternity Hospital is within walking distance to my place of residence, but as it was fairly dark already, I decided not to risk my safety and I called Cabco instead. when we got to the Hospital, the meter read R20. I pulled out a fifty, the guy gave me back R20 change. I was like "where's the rest of it? ". He insolently replies that R30 is the minimum amount I can pay. At this point, I'm running late for my call and I didn't want to get into an altercation with this guy late at night with nobody around. I waited until I got home and I called the Company. I was told that the information I was told is false, the minimum fee is R20! of all the unethical, deceitful, unprofessional antics! I care not that it was only R10. This individual is obviously not fit to be employed by anyone. I was assured that the matter will be "dealt with". That's all fine and dandy, but I am still R10 lighter because of this unscrupulous individual. I would like to add that it is not the first time I have been hoodwinked by a Cabco employee. I doubt that I will use their services again.
