Can't book between Jhb and Lusaka Online

For 10 days now I have not been able to book a flight from Jhb to Lusaka online.
I can book to any other regional destination, but not Lusaka.
I book my flights in the same manner once a month so I do know how it works and am not technologically challenged.
Feedback from their Facebook page says "their technicians are working furiously to fix the problem".
HOW LONG CAN THIS TAKE???
