False advertising

Customers beware of ordering books online. Rather go with amazon or kalahari. I order a book online and it said available in 10-14 working days. Its been 8 working days now. I call in and found out that the book will only be dispateched in 2 weeks. So from 10-14 days customers must wait a month to get their item???

This is all false advertising. When it says 10-14 days the customer must have the book in their hand in 10-14 days not 30 days later. With turnaround times like this there is no point using your online service
