ATTITUDE: NO SMILES... NO GREETING

HI - i recently travelled from Dbn to Jhb - this was my first time to King Shaka Airport. we were travelling with Mango Airlines - firstly, the lines were so long - the ladies did not greet or look at us or even smile at us when then took our ticket. they just scanned us through - we wiated for over 15 mins in an un-airconditioned area - waiting to get on the plane - that took anther 15 mins - we were due to leave at 11h30 but left at 11h45. the lines to get in plane was extremly long and slow and very stuffy. I have never experienced that before any airline -
when we landed - we were left at the very last terminal - not sure if Mango uses that terminal - but we had to walk for abt 15mins to get to baggage - m y motherinlaw was even holding her chest because she is a heart patient = and I couldnt find one security guard to assist with a wheelchair.
