Cabin crew too good to help

My wife is 30 weeks pregnant. We decided to visit our parents in Cape Town before she cannot travel anymore. We booked a flight with Kulula from Lanseria to CT. Our son is 20 months old and is also travelling with us. When we boarded no one offered to help although we were clearly batteling to get down the aisle. When we were disembarking we waited for everyone to get off before we git up frlm our seats. We were told to disembark to the rear and when we were busy walking to the back one of the crew told us to turn around. Two ladies just stood there and watched as we really had a hard time to manage. I spoke to them and they replied that I neededvto ask for assistence if I needed it. I am truly dissapointed in the lack of service and basic care that the cabin crew displayed on this flight.
