Debit Order Mistake!

I applied for a personal loan at Joshua Doore Greenacres Port Elizabeth which was accepted. This loan was taken out in May 2013. They told me that my 1st debit order would only be deducted as from the 1st July 2013. I left enough money in my bank account until the 10th June2013 just in case. No monies were deducted so I drew the money thinking that it will indeed be deducted on 1st July 2013. Lo and behold I get a call today saying that payment hasnt been received for my loan and when can it be expected? I told the agent that you told me my 1st payment will only be deducted as of 1st July and now Im told Im behind... The new amount is R350 with an extra R100 interest added to the amount as well as my usual debit order to be deducted on 1st July 2013. THis is not my fault at all that the money wasnt deducted as I left the money in my account up until the 10th June to be deducted and now Im told Im behind. This is not my fault but JOSHUA DOORES fault!!! Do you realise in todays day there are bills to be paid and R350 is a lot of money which wasnt extra to be paid for your faults!!! Petrol, school fees, rates and tax, bonds... where do you think I must get R350 from?
