Competition!!!

I had won two return tickets to any destination of my choice of which I was given qmiles which doesn't even cover one return ticket to New York which was my chosen destination. After winning It was agreed that I would use these tickets to travel in dec to jan 2014 but when I contacted both the customer Care lines in southafrica and Doha nobody is able to assist me with this dilemma. I have pre booked accommodation in NYC already but now have the stress of my plane tickets. This is totally unfair and a complete dis-service to myself and my partner. I am very upset and disappointed at this considering that when I won the tickets they had agreed my travel dates then credited me with these miles which were suppose to cover me for two tickets and now I am left with this dilemma. Clearly from all the complaints about this airline they are not trust worthy.
