False Advertising

We went to a holiday presentation and the promises were so huge, we signed and purchased.

Exactly the same thing happened to me as to Dr Jacco & I quote what he had to say,
"When I finally got my login details, I saw that most of what I was offered and everything that attracted me to the product is simply not there. As part of their terms and conditions, you don't get your site login details nor may you use their services for the first 60 days but when I tried to cancel my account they said I should have done so within 7 days so now I am stuck with it and I have to continue paying for the next 40 years."

When I contacted iTravel I received a really rude email from Mariska Hiscock who said they don't guarantee cheaper flights... 1 of the many things that was promised and she suspended my account until I informed her to re-instate it.

I would like to just warn other consumers about iTravel International... They CAN NOT supply cheaper accommodation or holiday packages so be warned.

Stay away from any of iTravel Internationals presentations... They make promises that they cannot deliver and you cannot get your R15 000.00 back.
