No feedback on refund

On may 25 at 7, lanseria airport was advised to purchase a new return ticket to cape town as the ticket bought via the internet had 1 name only.i advised Vusumzi that i had applied for a new id with both names. Was advsied to fax proof from home affairs which would be fowarded to kulual finace dept to approve a refund and this would take 6 to 8 wks. Received no correspondence and in July 06, called the customer centre, spoke to Thembi who promised to investigate and feddback. No feedback and upon calling was gtold she had left for the day. Sopke to a supervisor who promised to follow up and to this ady have have had no response. I find this disgusting service as i feel that i should have been given feedback irregardless of the resolution. I have been a Kulula customer since inception but have switched airilines since this incident and have advised my company to fololow suit.
