I booked a return flight to the UK in January this year. I have since needed to extend it. I contacted Flight Centre a month ago to get this changed, I am obviously fully aware that there will be a penalty that I would have to pay, which I accept. I got an email back saying that bookings for December were not open yet? Fine, I very politely asked to be kept updated. Didn't happen, I then emailed this week again as the ticket date is approaching. I got no reply. I then emailed again, only then to receive an email saying that they were struggling with December bookings, yet I was told that I would be notified when these bookings became available?? Quite frankly, I am disgusted with this level of service, very quick to help when you're in there spending money. I will now have to go into a branch in London, as I refuse to BEG for help. Shocking.
