I have made a flight booking on 4 February 2013, later the afternoon I received a notice that we need to change our flight to the later flight. I contacted Kulula call centre straight away to make the change. I was then told that there is an R342.00 penalty per flight, I explained that I was not told of this when I booked my flights, they were quick to say that they will have to listen to the recordings. Shani came back to me saying that they cannot trace my calls to the call centre... I then pulled my itemised billing and forward this on to Nadia, which has told me she has send this on to the customer care department. This is now 6 working days later and my flight has not been changed yet. You cannot speak to anyone to sort out your query, the call centre only make bookings. I feel this is unacceptable.
