Added amount whereas I want to cancel membership

My complain is that I was trying to cancel my membership with ur company, but on my surprice to the fax that I received from you, you guys are say am owing you a balance of R495 ok fine I accepted that n arrange to pay it by debit it on my acc the amount of R150 monthly but you guys stated that I have to pay the monthly amount on top of that. I don't understand why bcz as I said I want to cancel this thing but why am gonna keep on pay whereas I want the cancellation. That means you are cheaters because I suppose to pay ur 495 only since I am cancelling this thing. Yes I saw u dd debit ur 150 as I instructed to you but I dnt expect you to debit ur R99 the monthly fee as I said I want the cancellation only I have to pay the amount u said I owed the company. And what I hate mostly is that I never used u services but nw all of a suddenly u want me to pay ur monthly fee whereas I stated that I want to cancel this membershipam furious
