I sent an e-mail a month ago, to cancel my membership but I never received any communication to confirmed my request was processed. Kindly note this serve as a second request to please cancel my membership with immediate effect. My account is being debited an amount of R399 monthly but I am not getting any value for my money.

I tried calling the office, however, the line was engaged. I therefore expect a call from one of your representative to discuss the matter and possibly come with a way forward. If I don't receive a call from your office, I am taking an alternate route to resolve the matter. I an also canceling the debit order at the bank today. Note, I will not be paying any cancellation fee (i.e. R800) because the request to cancel was made two debit orders ago (meaning there is R800 due to me already).

It must be noted that i signed for one month subscription however i was suprised to see monthly deductions coming off from my account. You can listen with your audio recording to confirm my assertion.
