After a long weekend in CT for a friends wedding, my wife and I had lots of work to complete and planned on using the FNB Slow Lounge. Unfortunately my FNB premier / platinum card is missing and they would not let us in. Even showing my Discovery platinum card didn't help. I have never been treated and spoken to so badly and very disappointed with the service and attitude of the FNB staff. I'm planning to move to Investec.
